Fantastic location, with good facilities

The house is in a stunning location, and a short stroll from the Ferry Port, and Town centre. Well equipped house. Made to feel very welcome from the owner. Would happily stay there again.

Idéalement placée, la maison offre une vue magnifique. AccÚs trÚs aisé, proximité d'une petite plage, les commerces à 5 minutes. Superbe maison dans un site idyllique

Magnifique maison trĂšs lumineuse dĂ©corĂ©e avec un goĂ»t exquis, chambres et espaces de vie trĂšs beaux (mĂȘme la cuisine est remarquable). La situation est parfaite, devant la petite plage, avec une vue Ă  couper le souffle sur la mer et l’üle de Batz. On peut rester collĂ© aux fenĂȘtres (trĂšs grandes!) pendant des heures Ă  regarder la mer ! Et quel calme ! Pour couronner le tout, les viviers de Roscoff sont Ă  150m Ă  pieds : araignĂ©es, tourteaux, turbot vous tendent les bras. AssurĂ©ment une des plus belles (la plus belle?) location dont nous ayons pu profiter, dans cette belle citĂ© qu’est Roscoff. Les alentours Ă©galement sont exceptionnels (Île de Batz, une pĂ©pite mĂ©ridionale, ou Carantec par exemple). Courrez-y !

Nach den vielen positiven Bewertungen hat uns das Haus trotz der ansprechenden Ă€ußeren Erscheinung und guten Lage enttĂ€uscht. Der Eindruck, der durch die gut fotographierten Bilder im Internet entsteht, entspricht leider keinesfalls der RealitĂ€t. Besonders unangenehm aber war ein anhaltender Modergeruch im oberen Stockwerk, der trotz durchgĂ€ngigem LĂŒften tags und nachts insbesondere im Schlafraum mit Meersicht anhielt - nicht gerade erholsam im Urlaub. DarĂŒber hinaus ist das Haus renovierungsbedĂŒrftig (Wasserhahn im WC funktioniert nicht und ist nur eine Attrappe, alles ist leicht schmuddelig, Dusche im Obergeschoss nicht dicht...). Ein Austausch mit der Vermieterin war nicht möglich, da sie unsere Anfrage zwei Tage vor der Anreise (wegen Zugang zum Haus) nicht beantwortet und sich auch danach nicht gemeldet hat. Das Haus stand dann einfach offen, als wir ankamen. Wir wĂŒrden das Haus nicht wieder buchen und wĂ€ren nach dieser insgesamt wenig verbindlichen Erfahrung mit der Vermieterin auch skeptisch, ob nach einer wohl anstehenden Renovierung im Untergeschoss der Modergeruch im Obergeschoss behoben wĂ€re.

Schönes Haus, schöner Ort

Wir (Familie mit 3 Ă€lteren Kindern) waren nun im Abstand von einigen Jahren zum dritten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus in Roscoff und wurden erneut nicht enttĂ€uscht. HauptqualitĂ€t des Hauses ist die Lage und Aussicht direkt am Meer, die davor durchfĂŒhrende Strasse ist nur schwach befahren, viele SpaziergĂ€nger. Das Haus selbst ist grosszĂŒgig bemessen und in gutem Zustand. Im ruhigen Hinterhof (ohne Meersicht & Wind, mit Gartenmöbeln, LiegestĂŒhlen, Grill) lĂ€sst sich, wenn das Bretagne-Wetter will, auch gut sein. Sehr gutes W-LAN, TV haben wir nicht ausprobiert, hĂ€ngt aber auch am Kabel. Vermisst haben wir eine kleine Musikanlage (bzw. Lautsprecher fĂŒr z.B. Airplay). Gut ausgerĂŒstete KĂŒche mit Gas-Kochfeld (mehr Licht wĂ€re dort allerdings wĂŒnschenswert, das eine oder andere GerĂ€t könne man vielleicht auch mal ersetzen, Tisch/StĂŒhle sind zu gross und passen da nicht rein). Schlafzimmer/2 Badezimmer/2 WCs sind OK, die Matratzen sind teilweise fĂ€llig. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Schade, dass die als Abstellkammer verwendete Garage nicht wirklich genutzt werden kann (zugĂ€nglich nur ĂŒber den Hinterhof). Die HausĂŒbergabe ist sehr unkompliziert und basierte auf Vertrauen, hat alles bestens geklappt, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und fragt nach, wir hatten allerdings keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die nĂ€chsten Restaurants/Bars liegen in zwei Richtungen je 100 m entfernt gleich in der Nachbarschaft (aber kein LĂ€rm, ausser vielleicht mal am Wochenende). Das Haus liegt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss entlang des Hafenbeckens vom Zentrum Roscoff mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (BĂ€cker, Metzger, sonstige Lebensmittel, Restaurants etc.) entfernt, im Sommer fĂ€hrt auch ein Gratisbus direkt vor dem Haus Richtung Zentrum. In Roscoff selbst gibt einen Casino-Supermarkt, in St. Pol-de-LĂ©on (10 Minuten mit dem Auto) dann weitere grosse SupermĂ€rkte und im Ort auch viel Detailhandel. Dazu WochenmĂ€rkte in beiden Orten. Roscoff selbst hat sich in den letzten Jahren positiv entwickelt, das Angebot hat sich verbessert. Viele, auch gute Restaurants, schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Weniger fĂŒr eigentliche Badeferien geeignet, da kein grosser Badestrand (diese befinden sich in Nachbarorten Richtung Plouescat). Insgesamt also sehr positiv, auch das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis beurteilen wir als sehr gut.

Beau sejour tranquille

Pres de la ville et en meme temps loin des passages des voitures, c'est l'endroit ideal pour se poser. Chambres comfortables et cuisine bien equipee. Connexion Wifi tres efficace.
