The Space:
Rosebrook Riverviews by Tiny Away is just a 5-minute drive from Port Fairy beaches and offers a private tiny home amid gardens with views of the Moyne River and nearby forest.

Delight in your own picnic spot, interact with friendly pet sheep and spot local wildlife like wallabies and koalas. Nearby attractions include Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve, Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village, Logans Beach whale watching, Deep Blue Hot Springs, and Port Fairy beaches for ample exploration and relaxation options.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with rural views, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities inclide an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this is not child-friendly due to the nature of the property of being on a river.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and surrounding areas. They are welcome to walk through the veggie garden. The main house and the surrounding yard are off-limits to outside guests, so please keep the gates closed at all times. The forest next door is not part of our property, and guests are not permitted to enter.

While guests may walk down to the river, swimming is not advised. We have added chairs by the river to have a coffee/wine for everyone to enjoy.

Located at the end of Victoria's Shipwreck Coast, this spot offers a look into a fishing village steeped in history with its 19th-century cottages and vibrant local culture. From here, explore Port Fairy’s bustling fishing port, enjoy fresh seafood, and dive into local arts. The area thrives with activities ranging from water sports to heritage walks.

- From Warrnambool: 25 minutes
- From Portland: 45 minutes
- 2WD vehicle is suitable for accessing the area

By Public Transport:

- Take a train to Warrnambool. From there, you can catch a taxi or bus to Rosebrook Bridge. Note that schedules and times may vary.
- Alternatively, you can drive or take a bus from Rosebrook to Warrnambool.
- Port Fairy Taxis are available for local travel.

By Flight:

- The nearest airport is in Warrnambool, with flights connecting from Melbourne. From the airport, you can drive, taxi, or take a bus to Rosebrook Riverviews.

Other Things to Note:
- Wifi is available
- Gas BBQ Grill is available
- No children allowed due to the river
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Mobile reception has a good signal for all telco lines
- We have added chairs by the River to have a coffee/wine
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the property
- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality
- To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels down and avoid loud music
- We have a pet dog that will be in our enclosed yard. Please do not enter this private area
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- For your convenience, yellow (recycling) and purple (glass) bins are provided at the guest parking area. Please use these bins for their respective types of waste and recycling
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
