Bath didn't drain correctly - not sure how you clean an room and not notice the bath isn't draining at all. Makes me wonder if the bath got cleaned in the first place.

Excellent hotel but...

It was an excellent stay. However, the bathroom faucet was a bit challenging as the faucet head was in the center of the sink and very low, making it difficult to wash your face.

We will be back!

The pool and hot in were just right. Sadly there was a large group of kids playing Marco Polo with very loud screams, however, they were definitely having fun and that is important. So I asked the front desk for ear plug and voila! I could then enjoy the pool and hot tub with my kids with hearing damage. They were awesome for our dog in that they had free nice treats for her in the hallway, very pet friendly. I appreciated the cookies as we checked in because we were so hungry when we arrived. All the staff (front desk, housekeepers and kitchen staff) were kind and interacted sweetly with my kiddos. We spend quite a bit of time in Roseburg and we have finally found our favorite place to stay.

Our stay here was short but great. Clean, LARGE, quiet, comfortable room. Safe parking lot. Yummy breakfast & coffee. The lobby was a cozy spot to sit and drink some tea to unwind after a long day of travel.
