We had a lovely peaceful stay for our wedding anniversary and fishing so a great central location.. I second other guests that The Crown in Lea is a lovely place to enjoy food too.. we also had a takeaway from the Chinese in Ross which was generous and tasty…The accommodation is very pleasant and clean .. it suited us and was very comfortable..we would definitely book again

A wonderful, peaceful place, gloriously secluded and perfect for exploring the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Really comfortable apartment. Thank you, Mimi and Arthur, for being so hospitable and making sure we had everything we need. Very much hope to return!
Lovely apartment with everything required for our stay. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to reply to messages particularly with the short notice of our stay. Beautiful area of the country, would recommend this property for those looking for the peace and quiet of the country.
An immaculate property, well tucked away on high ground which afforded beautiful views. Single lane access for about a mile and satelite navigation a great help in getting us there. Would certainly stay again.
Lovely apartment as described. A much needed break away from busy life in beautiful quiet surroundings. Host very helpful and kind enough to check on me when they had not seen me about one day.
Nice place with very considerate hosts. One morning we mentioned to Arthur that the frying pan was warped and a bit difficult to cook with, and when we returned that evening a bag with a new pan was hanging on the door. Arthur also made some good recommendations for visiting local attractions. Enjoyable stay.
Lovely property on the edges of the forest with great walks and cycling. The hosts were amazing...attentive, informative and helpful. The garden was great to eat in and take in the atmosphere. We would love to revisit and would highly recommend for a quiet get away for 2.
Lovely, cosy apartment in a beautiful part of England. Perfect for a couple who enjoy walking/hiking. The Malvern hills are a must!!.Would also recommend trips to Ross and Ledbury. We loved the property. The facilities were good for a mini break. The owner was very friendly and came out to meet us. The lane approaching the annex was challenging but worth it for the pleasant area. Ideal place for a couples mini break.
Heaven on earth .. what a beautiful place to go for a break away from everyday busy life .. wonderful friendly hosts.. sit out in the garden having coffee in the morning surrounded by nature, not even the sound of a distant car.... ross on wye and especially this place is such a wonderful location im hoping to return again soon
