Great stay!

Everything about The Josie Hotel was wonderful! Excellent service, friendly, professional, efficient and helpful staff in all regards. Beautifully appointed hotel with all of the amenities that you could ask for. Spotlessly clean and well maintained, modern facility. We actually stayed 4 nights in total as our plans changed from the original 3 night booking to 4 nights. We were attending College Prep Baseball Provincials which were held in Trail about 20 minutes away so we commuted every day. The only meals we had at The Velvet Restaurant inside the Josie were our breakfasts. When we booked our rooms, we pre-paid our breakfasts for the 4 days which ended up being a very good deal price-wise as the menu items were quite expensive we thought. The food we had was good but not excellent especially if we had paid the menu price and not the much cheaper pre-paid price. All in all, we would absolutely recommend The Josie Hotel and we would definitely stay there again!

The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Let us park the motorcycles in the garage. The only downside was there was a bike race going on and so a limited menu in the restaurant. A lot of construction going on right now, hopefully more shops and restaurants as it is too far from town to walk.

Our stay at The Josie was excellent. The staff were professional, the rooms were beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and really enjoyed all our meals and the service. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in the Rossland area

The Josie is amazing! Our junior suite was beautiful, well appointed and clean. The bathroom was enormous. Service in the bar and front desk was personable, prompt and informative. The only thing that was a disappointment was the chicken and waffles

First time visit to Red Mountain. Beautiful! Team Summer on Red Mountain all the way! Biking, hiking and wildflowers. Can see would be a great place to visit/ski in Winter for all you Team Winter people. Haha. Everything top notch! Lots of improvement changes happening this hill and the staff at the Josie are very accepting and accommodating to find solutions to complicating factors of construction in the area.
