This hotel has a significant inportance to us, we got married at the Gazebo almost 10 years ago. The hotel has new ownership, while they are friendly and accommodating staff, the hotel needs a revamp, the pool and jacuzzi need maintenence, the pool is heated but not very warm, the jacuzzi jets didn't work. Breakfast was very minimal, we literally ate out instead. We were the only room upstairs, and got to our room without the heater on and it was 42° in our room, we bumped the heater up and walked around for about 30min. Went back to our room and it was barely 56°, thankfully we were able to switch to a downstairs room that was warm. Im not sure we would stay here again.

Breakfast was limited. Place is cold. Pool and hot tub not available (reason I chose this hotel for) room was freezing when arrived. Asked for towels since we stayed 2 nights and front desk acted like why and demanded the dirty ones back. Towels were old and tattered. No toilet paper holder so it sat on counter. Place was awful for the price paid for room. Don’t let the pictures deceive you this place is not an any star place. Waste of $200.00 is all I can say.

La estancia de 1 noche estuvo bien. Todo estaba limpio, lo unico es que aunque fuera una habitacion para no fumadores, habia un olor a cigarro no demasiado fuerte pero se percibia. Fuera de eso, todo bien.

Not the worst. Still pretty clean.

It was just an over night stay on our long drive. It was nice, there was a musky smoky smell throughout the whole hotel. The beds weren't the worst, but lumpy. Pillows were cloud soft! Breakfast was a little disappointing. The gravy was like soup. But ok . Got what we paid for.

The stay was okay. The service was okay. My biggest issue is with Expedia. I booked a room at a different hotel because I've stayed there before. The reservation got moved because they said the hotel was sold. I drove by that hotel when I was there, same name and people were staying there.

Poor hotel

As we were checking in, the police were at the hotel, dealing with a suspected drug issue. We were also told by another guest, there were roaches in their room. We found candy wrappers, peanuts, and trash under the beds. As we were deciding to leave or not, the police showed up again for another issue. We decided to leave this hotel. Asked for a refund, yet hotel staff denied. We did not feel comfortable stayin there, and will never return.

stayed for 1 night jan 6, 2025. property was outdated, but was clean. the continental breakfast was ok. the lights in the pool room werent working - the only lights were the lights in the pool - so the room was very dark. and this time of year it gets dark at 5:00 pm. i wouldnt have used the pool if i would have been alone. and the jets werent working on the hot tub. the water was hot tho, so it still felt good to soak, just wasnt quite the hot tub experience i was hoping for. the price was right, though, so that helped.
