No greeting from the staff at check in. They seemed more bothered than friendly. I reserved three rooms for my group of 10. One of the room’s keys didn’t work, so my husband went back down to let them know. They gave him new keys which still did not work. The third time they gave us a new room, at the other end of the hall from our group, with one king sized bed instead of two beds. Two of my people had to sleep on the sofa beds, which was what I was trying to avoid by booking three rooms. No offer from the staff to make up for it, just this is what you get. Not even an apology. The light fixtures by the elevator were filled with dead bugs that you could obviously see. The pool looked like an active crime scene. There was a broken window, and a white tent with yellow caution tape around it, hence the crime scene feel. And last but not least, the breakfast! I appreciate a hotel that offers a hot breakfast, not just pastries and fruit. That was one of the selling points that made me book this place. The breakfast was just bad. The waffles were good but the eggs were green. Maybe it was still okay to eat but nobody in my group wanted to chance it. The gravy was just white water. The sausage links were all anybody would eat besides the three of us that had waffles. We ended up just checking out and going to eat somewhere else. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We were very happy to find this nice hotel in Roswell. It's in a nice area that feels safe, and to top it off there's a Texas Roadhouse right across the street. :) They are doing some remodel which is great, and it did not bother us at all.

Elevator was out, but they happily changed my room to accomodate my mom. Clean, spacious room. Comfy bed. Not very soundproof though. Heard lots of noise of people coming and going. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

Decent but needs to be cleaner.

Friendly service comfortable beds great shower but the cleanliness needs work.carpet was dirty and the couch had lots of stains. And some stains on the bed topper.c- overall.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!!!

Elevator wasn't working, had to stay on 2nd floor, my 75 year old aunt had to go up and down stairs the first day and the next morning. The bathroom was dirty, shower wall stained, shower curtain dirty, found long strands of black hair in rolled up shower mat. They moved us to a first floor room for the second night. While the bathroom was cleaner, there was only one roll of tissue with about an eighth of paper on the roll. This is after having attended my father's funeral that day. I tried calling the front desk and housekeeping about six times with no answer. The next morning I tried calling again,finally went to the desk and no clerk available a maintenance man gave me some rolls. My third request to him for a manager and each time the manager is not on site. I will never stay at this hotel chain again. I have requested some sort of refund from Hotels.com, am awaiting there response, as they are to get with the hotel.

Sofa bed didn’t work. Mold on the sofa bed mattress also. Mold on the ice bin’s lid. Room smelled of mold - especially the bathroom. Called and left mesaage for the manager. He never returned our call. Spoke to front desk who said they were working on it. Told him the room was a health hazard. Huge stains on couch cushion and on wall. Had to step over cords and other equipment to get to lobby door due to some work being performed outside.

The motel is under construction; the elevators were not working. Just looked very dirty. My husband is in a wheelchair and our room was on the second floor. I walked out and try to cancel the reservation, but of course no refund was given. I will never use this website to book anything.
