The vibe is that this is newly remodeled old hotel. The rooms were clean clean. However very sterile with the bright lighting and tile. Floors are soooo cold!!! Heating unit was mediocre and so loud it blocks out tv. Its a good place to maybe crash for a night but there is no coffee available! Overall its clean, but not cozy, warm, inviting. Front desk clerk was quite friendly and helpful.

This was such a cute motel. The front desk person was so nice and informative. The room was cozy but so clean. When walking in the front desk area, we were greeted but a clean smelling area. The room was super clean and smelled great. The bed and pillows were comfortable also. I loved that we could park right in front of our room also.

Cute hotel on the main strip in Roswell. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We really appreciated the service and how they went the extra mile to help us. It was a fun stay, since we wanted the kids to experience and true motel.

Good place to spend the night if you don’t like spending a lot of Money, well maintained inside and out for an older motel! Lots of food choices just across the street. It has parking right in front of your room and all rooms are ground floor, great if you have your doggy with you!

I was in Roswell for a hunting trip and stayed at the Roswell Inn for 4 nights. It is clean and a great place to stay. Nothing fancy, just a nice clean motel to stay at.

Was clean and felt safe.. They do charge a $15 for a pet fee and no looks like anyone cleaned up after their dogs.. there was poop by almost every room :/.. the walls are also very thin and we had a neighbor arguing and laughing from 11:30pm-4am.. I called the front desk and they said they would call them, but they clearly didn't. There are no phones in the room. I wish I could give a higher rating but the amount of dog feces and lack of care to ensure people were considerate was lacking

What an adorable and clean little lodge! From check in to checkout I was ao impressed with my stay here. Large room and bath, great parking right by the room, easy access for disability mobility issues, clean linens, two chairs, full amenities really. Right on Main Street where everything is.

Your just getting a small clean room room at a decent price. Well lighted and park right next to your room. This is an old style motel. Only issue i had we were in a room in the back lot area and it was kinda sketchy there. No breakfast other than a bagel , coffee and juice.
