The Space:
Hilton Holiday is a spacious and welcoming home, perfect for large families or group getaways. With six generously sized bedrooms plus a walk-through bedroom downstairs, there’s room for everyone to spread out and relax. Upstairs you’ll find four queen bedrooms, including the master with ensuite bathroom, while downstairs offers a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a walk-through room with two single beds—ideal for kids or extra guests.

The open-plan living area features a cozy fireplace, a heat pump, and underfloor heating throughout to keep things toasty year-round.

Step outside to enjoy the expansive back deck and spa pool—perfect for soaking and socialising after a day of exploring Rotorua.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including all seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and cookware, the living areas with a TV and indoor fireplace, and the outdoor spaces with a BBQ grill. Family weekend

A large house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family so it suited our needs. 3 bathrooms meant no queues. The sheets and towels, 2 per person, were clean. Spa pool was enjoyed by some of us and would be lovely after mountain biking etc. Baby portacot and highchair provided but no mention of the 3 flights of stairs that our 1 year old spent the whole weekend trying to navigate. Not enough mugs or bowls for all of us to use at once. The plumbing may need looking at. Toilets and sinks took a long time to drain.It is ideally suited for large groups and so handy to town and the Redwoods and the Lakes.We would stay again.

The house location was great and walking distance from food hubs and Redwood park however during summer, the house is very hot, it is difficult to sleep at night time. Electric fans should have been provided in every room.

We came down for a netball tournament 11 of us for 3 nights the home was comfortable and clean. Affordable accommodation in a nice area in Rotorua, close to all amenities. Would recommend for large groups.

Great for group and excellent location

Details of listing is accurate and exceptional space for big group as apart from plenty of bedrooms, spacious living/dining/kitchen area there are common areas like the TV room and terraces that a big group like ours can enjoy. The kitchen is very well equipped with the basics. Bed linens and towels are very clean and showers are equipped with toiletries. The house is located in a very quiet street and accessible to the major commercial area of Rotorua. Importantly communication with the property manager is very easy and they are also considerate on my check in and check out requests on change of time. We enjoyed our stay and definitely very recommendable.
