The Space:

The Sanctuary is a stunning, near-new executive townhouse, purpose-built in 2023 as a holiday home and finished to a high standard throughout. Every space is light and bright, with quality fittings for a comfortable, easy stay. Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining area flows out to a large deck and a pretty garden, complete with its own little stream that meanders around the boundary - and a private spa pool to sink into at the end of the day. Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms: a master with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen. It's a smart, self-contained townhouse in a wonderfully central spot, just a couple of minutes from Te Puia and five from town.

Open-plan living and dining downstairs with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher), opening out to the deck, garden and spa pool. A washer and dryer are provided.



- PARKING -

A private carport directly in front of the entrance.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole townhouse to yourselves - both bedrooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen and living area, and the deck out the back with its garden, stream, BBQ and private spa pool. There's a private carport at the entrance, and a small lockable shed where you can store bikes.



The Neighborhood:

The Sanctuary sits in Glenholme, a quiet, leafy residential suburb just south of central Rotorua - peaceful, yet remarkably central. Te Puia and the Whakarewarewa geothermal area are only a couple of minutes away, the city centre and Polynesian Spa around 5 to 6 minutes, and the Redwoods Forest about 8. Eat Street, the Government Gardens and the lakefront are all a short drive, making it an easy base for exploring the region.



Getting Around:

A car is handy here, with a private carport at the door. By car, Te Puia is just 2 minutes away, the city centre around 5, the Polynesian Spa about 6, the Redwoods roughly 8, Rotorua Airport about 12, and Skyline around 13. Central Rotorua's restaurants and cafés are all close by.



Other Things to Note:

A couple of things worth knowing: the private spa pool is out on the deck, and there's a small lockable shed on the property where you're welcome to store bikes. The Sanctuary is a private, fully self-contained townhouse, purpose-built as a holiday home, so it's set up to be comfortable and low-key. WiFi runs at a fast 570 Mbps, handy if you're mixing in a bit of work.
