Looks beautiful, but…..

The problems with the property are: There is no parking with the property in spite of what the listing says. There is damp in the underground bedroom with water running down the walls. The hot tub woke us at 4:30 am going through its cleaning cycle. The staircase to the bedroom is steep. It is unsuitable for children or the elderly or disabled.
