Overall, the service, location, cleanliness and amenities were excellent. Negatives were the overwhelmingly strong smell of air freshener throughout hallways and rooms (our clothing even came home smelling of it) and limited food choices in the restaurant/bar. The air freshener odor is stronger than at *any* hotel I've *ever* stayed at, whether in Europe, Asia, or North America, and more importantly it would prevent me from booking here again. (This is *not* something that normally bothers me.) I suggest that you re-consider the product and quantity you use. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at when in France, goose down white quilts, fresh bed linens, fluffy soft pillows, and comfortable mattress allow a weary vacationer/traveler to get a good night's sleep. The staff is wonderful, food at the in-house Jeanne D'Arc Restaurant is very good and reasonable for the fine cuisine. At the staff is very helpful and accommodating- especially Sheena who speaks French & English. I highly recommend this as the hotel to stay at in Rouen. Fitting it is situated right next to tower/dungeon where St. Joan of Arc was kept as a prisoner. They have beautiful portraits and art work in the restaurant of St. Joan.

Promising option let down by terrible customer service. On check in, we were promised a 15€ credit at bar, restaurant or spa as a gold Expedia member. We had an overpriced drink at the bar but thought it wouldn’t be so bad with the promised credit. The next day, they refused to acknowledge the promised credit and said it was for the spa only. Poor levels of integrity. Hotels.com also did nothing to assist and said it was for the hotel to manage.

Great stay at Radisson Blu Rouen. The hotel is in a great location with parking available (extra cost) and easy walk to the city centre. Rooms are modern and comfy, with good amenities. Big plus: it’s dog friendly! Staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was fine for the 2 nights we were there. The decor was just ok. The shower was nice but more lights are needed in the bathroom. The breakfast the 1st morning was scarce and unappealing. The 2nd morning was much better.

A 3 star hotel by no means Radisson Blu standard.

New building in great location but not according to Radisson Blu standard. Very poorly managed: You need to beg for housekeeping to do your room, avarage breakfast, not profesional (or at least polite!) staff. Would not come back.
