Welcome to Metayer de Rousty, in Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac, in the heart of Black Périgord, the ideal starting point for discovering the most beautiful prehistoric sites in the region, characterful villages and the natural riches of the Dordogne.



This charming, fully renovated farmhouse, combining authenticity and comfort, can accommodate up to 4 travellers.



Outside, fully enjoy the sweetness of Périgord living thanks to a vast tree-lined and shaded garden, ideal for relaxing or sharing family moments. The terrace fitted out with its gas barbecue will allow you to savour your meals in the open air, whilst the sun loungers and hammock invite you to relax in the heart of nature.



Inside, you have a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle) opening onto the living room where you will find a television.



On the night side, the accommodation has 2 bedrooms organised in a way that offers comfort and privacy to each person:



On the ground floor:

- Bedroom 1: Master suite with 1 double bed (160/200) and its en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.



On the first floor:

- Bedroom 2: a bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190) with its own bathroom comprising a shower and WC.



For families travelling with a young child, a cot and a high chair are available for your use.



You will be able to park 2 vehicles on the property of the house.

- The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your arrival.

- The cottage is not equipped with a washing machine: There is a launderette in Rouffignac in the Carrefour car park.
