Perfect location! in the heart of Royan! you can go to the Central Market, a local curiosity just 400 m away! visit the very atypical Notre Dame Cathedral just 200m away. Find the Cathedral from the living room, illuminated in the evening.
Grande Conche beach just 1 km away!
This apartment will allow you to put down your suitcases and your car, if you wish, and enjoy your stay in "relaxed" and pedestrian mode.
You will have private parking within the property.
Currently, there is a small garden but it is being converted into parking spaces.
To access the accommodation:
Staircase shared by the 2 apartments, on the first landing access to the 2 apartments.
Your apartment is to the left of this first landing, after opening the door you will have other steps to climb to access the accommodation.
You will arrive in the main room, very bright, North-East, North-West exposure, view of the garden and Notre Dame Cathedral, you can enjoy the song of the birds and the calm of the neighborhood.
The living room is made up of an equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, multi-function oven (microwave, grill, oven), coffee maker, kettle), and a dining area,
NO television, but there is an antenna socket, possibility of bringing your personal TV, or available on request.
Small independent living room.
Large room, facing South East/South West, very well soundproofed, travel cot for sleeping small children, changing mat, high chair and safety gate for the stairs are available.
