Detached stone house - Mt. St. Michel - set on a hill overlooking the bay
Completely renovated, detached stone house set on a hill overlooking the bay. Its location is ideal for walks with unobstructed views, and for a wide range of visits between Mont St Michel (15km) and Cancale (30mn) for the beaches, as well as St Malo (30mn), Granville, Dinard and the Chausey islands.
A cycle path along the polders is nearby, taking you to Dinard and beyond! You can stop for seafood directly from the oyster farmers.
Small shops (bakery and mini-market) 1km away, supermarket, doctors and pharmacy (less than 10 minutes by car).
For sports enthusiasts, horse riding, sand yachting and go-karting are 15 minutes away.
Our house comprises a living room with sitting area and kitchen (oven, washing machine, fridge), a bathroom with shower and another upstairs with washbasin/wc, two bedrooms upstairs, all in a quiet location.
Large outdoor area for relaxing, playing soccer or bowling.
Terrace with table for outdoor meals and countryside views.
Beds: draw sheets, comforters, pillows, fitted sheets supplied. Bring your own comforter cover and pillowcase (bed linen and towels available on request).
Umbrella bed/high chair/stair rail available if required.
Housework to be paid on arrival (40 euros). Security deposit of 800 euros will be returned to you on departure.
