House is close to Santa's Village/Sky Park which is great for kids of every age! Just beyond Santa's Village is Lake Arrowhead village and Lake Arrowhead. If you head the other way, you can enjoy snow tubing during the winter and Snow Valley which are both close. Continue heading east and you hit Big Bear with many beautiful shops and restaurants and some of the best skiing, snowboarding, and snow play in California!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all towels into the master bathtub and leave linen in a pile on the end of each bed Be sure to remove all food from the fridge and freezer and dispose of it in the garbage bin
Ensure that all trash is put into the bins located on the left of the driveway and the lids are strapped closed before leaving Place all dishes into the dishwasher closest to the corner sink
Make sure all lights are turned off Lock all doors and windows and close all blinds To lock the front door simply hold down the # sign
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
