Upon check in I noticed there was no toilet paper in the room. I also noticed there was used washcloths in the shower area. I had to go the front desk to both items. The attendant was nice. The bed was ok, but the pillows were really flat. It was ok. Not sure I’d stay here again. You get what you pay for. No breakfast either.

Barely two hours after booking and paying for the room we got a call about a noise complaint because of my kids acting out which are 4 and 1.5 and one of them is deaf with hearing aids so I have to be louder and told if we had another we would be told to leave and it was 6pm . And had to find a babysitter and take my kids somewhere else so we didn’t get kicked out over kids being kids . Then from about 8pm until about 4am the people in the room next to us were screaming and fighting and what sounded like beating each other in the room and outside and nothing was ever said or done to them . We also found multiple empty medication packs by the dresser when we first went into the room . There were roaches . Only one of the three lamps had a lightbulb in it . Majority of the channels on the tv you can’t watch . There’s god knows what all over the walls and looks like black mold in the bathroom floor/wall , the room looked like it had been halfassed cleaned if that , there was only one tiny bathroom type trashcan for the whole room . The WiFi signal was so weak that my phone wouldn’t even stay connected to it . If I could give a 0 star review I would but I guess the one star can go to the only good part which is how fast and easy it was to book pay and get into the room . I assumed that since this had been taken over from econo lodge it would have had improvements but this was a complete waste of our money and we won’t come back again .

Great staff! Shower pressure was so weak. Housekeeping didnt refresh coffee supply so had to keep going to desk for more. Bed was comfortable. Overall, a good stay.

Looks nothing like the photos. The bathroom looked like someone trapped a huge dog in it. Shower looked like it’s been chewed on the bathroom door had holes in it from what looked like a dog trying to escape. there was feces on the wall in the bathroom. The lamps were filthy, looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The bedsheets were fine. That was the only redeeming quality wasn’t able to speak to anybody at the desk about the room because no one was there. The chair had stains all over it that looked like a “man’s fluid.” I understand you get what you pay for when it comes to a cheaper hotel but this place was really rough. I just couldn’t believe the condition that it was left in.
