I use to always stay here when I visited home.Now it’s own by a different group and they just focus on money.I respectfully asked for a refund after realizing my sheets was dirty .House keeping deny and the owners are rude walked away.Money wasn’t the issue customer service is.I’m calling my bank to dispute the charge this week don’t stay .I should’ve stayed at Hilton as normal

First room was already occupied. Found in out the hard way by walking in on a family. Staff was very helpful getting is in another room but clearly there was some confusion how it happened and why the original room was occupied. Did not bring it up as we were there one night but the TV was not working and the outlet by the bed was not working. Lastly the soap/shampoo dispensers were empty and the bracket holding them in place was broken.
