Great stay despite power outage

We arrived during a neighborhood power outage. The hotel was friendly and welcoming despite the setback. Friendly staff, good accommodations, clean room.

Don’t waste your money or time

My room was somewhat comfortable until the fire alarm started chirping after I had gone to sleep. When I called down to the front desk, they told me that it just needed batteries. I then had to move rooms and my new room was dirty and the thermostat wouldn’t go below 75 degrees even though I set it to 64. I paid almost $200 for a dirty sauna experience to not be able to sleep before a very busy business day. When I checked out, I was not asked how my stay was. Instead I was just told that my receipt would be emailed and that was it. I don’t recommend spending your money here. It’s not even worth half of what I paid.

Clean but Bad room Locks and meh breakfast

The room cleanliness was great. Breakfast was ok. The condition of the bathroom and doors was not great. We had trouble with the door lock from the beginning of our stay. We ended up getting locked out of our room because the key no longer worked and the Master key didn’t work either. The engineer had to be called and we were stuck waiting for us to get into our room. The battery in the door lock device needed to be changed. Shouldn’t that be on a maintenance schedule?
