Host had very good communication without, not too much. The property is located in a really nice neighborhood, very quiet.

Good place to stay, communicative host, most everything was in good shape. The drawbacks were the smoke detectors were continuously beeping, there were no glasses, and parts of the kitchen surfaces (crumpled dirty paper towels on the counter) were not clean. Also, the drain catches were cleaned out.

We had a very nice stay. The host was great to work with and very communicative. The house was comfy and a really nice, open space. Beds were comfy. Parking was super easy and we had a good number of dining choices nearby.
