Strong Cleaning Product

The stay was great. THe staff was great. Cleanliness was great - My complaint is that the fragrance of the cleaning products was overwhelming. I left the door and window open for the first 30 minutes, which helped. I prefer cleaning product smell to a dirty room, but it was overpowering.

Well I first got there and the bathroom wasn't cleaned fully and the shower curtain fell down while I was showering. So I had to go to the desk and tell them and got a new room and had move rooms.

Ok for one night. Won’t stay here again.

Nothing special. Had what you would expect but not a hotel I would go out of my way to stay at again. Bed was firm, which i prefer, but my wife could not stand it. It was a “remodeled” room but whoever did the work was drunk or didn’t care about how it looked. Barn door for the bathroom provided no sound barrier.

Noisy!!

Very noisy - don’t know why they fill rooms on the west side, as the noise from a 24 hour processing plant & freeway entrance is continuous. We checked out at sunrise.

1. Clerk did not program room key 2. Hair dryer did not work 3. Tge carpet in our room was horrendous!! Filthy dirty 4. No coffee creamers available at all at breakfast 5. The stools in the breakfast section were filthy 6. The handrails on the stairs are not Very safe
