The electric blackout shade did not work. We were able to force it down manually so we could finally sleep but were worried about breaking it. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very soft.

The carpet in the room was not worn down, bathroom was spotless. The elevator(both) were very clean. Ice machine was clean(I manage the dietary department in a skilled nursing facility, I look at everything).
