Simply Spacious Studio Guesthouse

This spacious studio guesthouse is perfect for longer solo trips or short group stays. It’s privately tucked away in the back of our lot with its own private outdoor area. Our space is located just minutes from Downtown and West Sacramento with easy access to both the freeway and light rail. Also very close to both Land Park and Curtis Park. No assigned parking but free street parking is available 24/7, no permit necessary.
During your stay at this guesthouse, you'll be within walking distance of Curtis Park. Laundry facilities are available.
