Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
the room itself was very clean. However common areas like the hallway, stairwell and lobby were dirty and stained. The ice machine was broke down. I arrived late in the evening (nearly midnight) and had to call the hotel over and over, as well as knock on office doors to find an employee bc no one was at the desk. I checked in online prior to arrival but it was pointless; I had to do it all again upon arrival. To my surprise, the room, bed, and shower were very clean. The room was spacious, the shower was hot and towels were clean too. The hotel was a very cost effectively place to rest for one night during a 13 hour trip - it fulfilled a need - but it felt sketchy and a bit unsafe overall. the continental breakfast was sad and picked over with very little options. Morning staff was much friendlier than evening staff. location was convenient, right off of highway.
