The room was clean and spacious however the TV was placed in an odd place on the wall, did not swivel to allow good view from the beds and the channels did not work at times with the connection being lost. The hotel staff were kind but not present at the front desk most of the time. The continental breakfast had many options and with a very nice presentation. Not hot tub, which was a bummer, but the indoor pool was as hit for our young kids since we stayed in January and not much else to do. Overall, a nice stay for a few nights.

We had a few small things that seems off in the room. Lights that randomly turned off and a coffee machine that didn’t work but my biggest issue was our rooms door locking mechanism. When letting the door shut the lock did not engage. Even giving it a tug or pushing the door didn’t engage the lock. Once the door swung shut you could push it back open from the outside or pull it open without turning the handle from the inside. The only way to get the lock to engage was to turn the deadbolt from inside the room so there was no way for us to secure the room without leaving one person behind. As a mom traveling by myself with kids it felt so unsafe. I did not discover the issue until 2 in the morning after my kids were asleep so changing rooms did not seem like an option especially since I could lock the deadbolt from the inside. Though I did not sleep well regardless. Normally I let them sleep in and walk in the treadmill in the morning though with the door lock situation that was out of the question. I did talk to the front desk at check out and was basically told “thank you. Had you booked directly I’d refund some of the charges but I can’t do anything since you booked through especially”. Lesson learned. Always always always double check all the locks and be careful how you book hotel rooms.

No Hot Tub! Remodeled & it looked like a down grade is we’ve stayed here many times in the past. They got rid of the nice gas fireplace in the breakfast area. Rooms were remodeled as well, but apparently they didn’t use new mattresses mattresses in our room. We’re pretty rough.. the couch used to have a cute trundle bed feature. They got rid of that. The brand new shower leaked all over the bathroom floor when you took a shower.

The design of the bathroom could use some different thinking. The toilet paper dispenser was a far reach from the toilet. when taking a shower, the doors did not meet so the floor gets extremely wet and the towel you put down on the floor gets soaked. If no towel was put down, this creates a dangerous situation with the floor getting very wet and extremely slippery. The television would not tune in a lot of the stations.

Room was okay! Very clean but the fan wouldn’t run for longer than 5 minutes before turning off. Our hotel room door also wouldn’t lock… so anyone could open the door from the outside. They were VERY accommodating and gave us a new room free of charge and told maintenance (which we heard the next morning). Nice place that feels safe and comfortable regardless.

Housekeeping is amazing, our room 2019 was perfect! Super clean and look fabulous...the fabrics, linens, colors and appointments were great too. A little tricky finding all the light switches but we did! Check in was easy. We didn't use any of the extra offerings like pool, hot tub or workout room. Breakfast was perfectly set up, everything refilled timely as guests were preparing their plates, choices for everyone. We only had raisin bran but there are many selections to fit all ages and tastes. Parking was sufficient, the hotel looked like it was fairly full...every area was quiet and organized. Thank you for caring about your guests so well!

I I informed the front desk that the hotel my boyfriend and I reserved smelled strongly of water damage and mold. After inspecting the room, we noticed the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not functioning, which must have caused moisture buildup from the shower. Due to my allergies and the odor alone, we decided to report this. Unfortunately, they had no other rooms available that night, and my boyfriend and I had just spent six hours driving after a long day at work. The front desk offered a small refund and a can of room spray. However, the spray worsened the smell by adding another strong odor over the mold. The windows didn't open, and although my receipt stated I would be charged $187, I was actually charged $210 with no refund offered. I rarely complain, but I was frustrated because I was overcharged compared to the receipt and couldn't sleep due to the odor.
