Inside, soaring ceilings, massive windows, rich wood finishes, and a grand Great Room create a warm, inviting atmosphere designed for gathering.



With room for the whole group, the home comfortably accommodates families and friends across thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces. This home is dog friendly so bring your furry companion along for the vacation for merely a $125 pet fee per pet.



The luxurious Primary Suite offers a true retreat with a King bed, wood-burning fireplace, private balcony, and peaceful waterfront views. Two additional Queen bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, while the bunk room is a dream for kids and larger groups—featuring two Twin bunk beds, a Full bed, and additional sleeping space nearby in a cozy curtained alcove with a Queen bed.



Days at Antler Cove Estate are built around the water. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the deck as the river glows in the sunrise. Launch kayaks from the shoreline, fish from the dock, or spend the afternoon boating, wake surfing, water skiing, and exploring the calm bays of Lake Pend Oreille. The private beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, building sandcastles, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

**Please Note: Beginning each year around mid-to-late September, the Army Corps of Engineers lowers the water level of Lake Pend Oreille by approximately 10–12 feet for the season. During this period, boat docks and lifts typically become inaccessible. Water levels are generally restored to full pool by late June or no later than July 4th.

This was a lovely house for our family vacation! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. We had lots of fun playing games at the dining room table and outside. We had a blast swimming and kayaking on the lake. There was definitely something for everyone!

Perfect family get away!

We loved this property. It was perfect in every way for our Christmas ski experience. Plenty of room for rambunctious grandkids and convenient ski connections via Sandpoint. Very very impeccably clean with an amazing kitchen! My only suggestion is better lighting in the dining room, which turned out to be a focal point for eating and games. Thank you for a great experience!
