This semi-detached holiday home, originally built in 1847 and beautifully renovated in 2018, offers a spacious and historic retreat for large groups or families. The ground floor serves as the social heart of the house, featuring a cozy living room with a stove, seating area, and two double sofa beds. The open kitchen is fully equipped for large-scale catering with a hob, oven, dishwasher, and combination microwave. Practical amenities are well-integrated throughout the home, including a ground-floor bathroom with a washing machine, ensuring a comfortable and self-sufficient stay for up to thirteen guests.

The upper levels are thoughtfully arranged to provide flexible sleeping quarters and privacy. The first floor houses two bedrooms—one with a double bed and private washbasin, and another featuring both a single and a double bed—along with a separate toilet. The second floor offers a large third bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. For families traveling with infants, the home is exceptionally well-prepared, providing a cot, high chair, baby bath, and children’s bed to make the stay seamless and stress-free.

The cottage can accommodate 9 guests with the existing beds:

For up to 11 guests, two additional single mattresses (90 cm) can be placed on the floor. Two babies are also allowed.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, centered around a private 1500-square-meter fenced garden and an 8x4 meter swimming pool, available from May through September. The terrace is perfectly outfitted for relaxation and dining, featuring a charcoal BBQ, plancha grill, sun loungers, and parasols. Beyond the gates, the location is a gateway to the "beautiful villages" of Salers and Tournemire. Guests can enjoy nearby activities ranging from water sports and horse riding to cross-country skiing at Col de Légal.
