Newly built residence, apartment on 2nd and a connecting last floor, calm and modern with a free view of the front and back, private parking, large pool, all shops and sport areas, planted garden very close, sandy beach at less than a kilometre, view of the lagoon and the boats. Sea at the horizon, St Cyprien station, Pavillon Bleu for families and for the sporty. Spain is 40 min away by the Cote Rocheuse or the Col du Perthus.

AGRÉABLE SÉJOUR

Appartement très agréable avec vue sur la marina, lumineux avec ses 2 terrasses, propre et confortable. Pratique pour 2 couples, avec sa salle de bain et sa salle d'eau. Commerces à proximité. Petit bémol: pas de wifi et la piscine était fermée, pourtant il faisait si beau quel dommage ....mais ce ne sont que de petits détails!

des vacances comme on les aime, un havre de paix en septembre

Entourés d'eau !

Ce qui frappe en arrivant à l'appartement, c'est que vous êtes entourés d'eau: d'un côté la salle de séjour et la cuisine donne sur un large balcon avec vue sur la marina bordée d'un sentier pedestre; de l'autre, la chambre principale a aussi son petit balcon qui donne un autre point de vue de la marina. L'ensemble des bâtiments est très homogène, neuf (au plus une dizaine d'années) et très sécuritaire. Cela ressemble beaucoup aux "gated communities" de la Floride avec clôtures et barrière à l'entrée. La cuisine est minuscule mais les chambes sont confortables et les 2 salles de bains sont modernes. L'appartement et les accès sont très propres. De plus, à environ 100m, on retrouve une quantité de petits commerces (poissonnerie, traiteur, patisserie, pizzeria, petite épicerie, etc). Nous aurions toutefois apprécié quelques petits détails: une éponge à récurer, un deuxième linge à vaisselle et des serviettes à main dans les salles de bains. Autre détail: on indique la disponiblité du Wi-Fi. Mais ce n'est pas l'appartement qui est Wi-Fi. C'est un petit commerce à 100m qui moyennant une consommation vous donne accès à Internet. En conclusion, nous recommandons hautement cet appartement qui est tout à la fois très près de la mer et centralement positionné pour des excusions à l'intérieur des terres. super vacances avec nos petites filles

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à Saint Cyprien dans cet appartement accueillant, moderne, lumineux et d'une propreté impeccable. Rien à faire en arrivant (les lits étaient faits); juste les vêtements à ranger dans les placards de chaque chambre et aller vite profiter de la jolie vue des 2 terrasses sur la lagune et les bateaux. La résidence est très calme, sécurisée. La piscine est accessible à tous par sa profondeur (1,35m), très pratique pour surveiller les petits. D'autre part, la plage est proche 15mn et il y a beaucoup de promenades à faire. Tous les commerces sont à proximité ainsi qu'un médecin. Merci au propriétaire pour sa disponiblité et sa gentillesse.

déjà accueil très sympathique des propriétaires,appartement fonctionnel,lave linge,lave-vaiselle,équipement de bonne qualité,vaisselle..rien n'est oublié!grand frigo....très bonne literie!calme total,on entend aucun bruit!repos garanti!les photos illustrent bien l'appartement,au contraire en vrai il parait même encore plus grand ainsi que la piscine qui lui manque un bout sur la photo!!tout est très très propre,c'est vrai!rien à dire!la résidence est sécurisée,place de parking assurée,les gens sont très sympas,petits commerces de bonne qualité à proximité (poissonnerie,pizzaria,presse,distributeur d'argent,épicerie,docteur au cas où,boucherie,boulangerie,primeur...) la région est très jolie partagée entre mer et montagne...beaucoup de choses à faire!pour tout le monde que ce soit petits ou grands!!dur de partir de cet endroit charmant où l'on se sent bien!on y reviendra un jour c'est sûr!!

Un appartement moderne et fonctionnel situé dans un endroit calme , à proximité immédiate des commerces, près du centre et du port. Vue remarquable sur le port de plaisance. Deux terrasses orientées de manière différentes permettent de profiter constamment des conditions climatiques favorables. Endroit excellent pour les balades pédestres, que ce soit le long de l'eau ou dans les petits sentiers avoisinants qui permettentnt d'apprécier la végétation luxuriante des environs. Point de départ idéal aussi pour les excursions, tant au nord qu'au sud de la région. Parking sécurisé, piscine, et propreté de site, entre autre, contribuent à l'optimalisation du séjour. De plus, les propriétaires sont très avenants et très sympatiques. Très belle piscine, tout est parfait.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location, appartement fonctionnel, décoré avec goût, où l'on s'y sent comme chez soi : (tout est propre, repassé et sent bon la lessive). C'est un appartement récent de grand standing, au 2ème et dernier étage, composé de deux grands balcons opposables l'un vu sur les Pyrénées et l'autre sur la marina (ce dernier est partiellement couvert donc très appréciable pour manger sur la terrasse si intempéries). La résidence est situé au calme et à la fois proche des petits commerces (environ 3 minutes à pied): boulangerie, supérette, librairie, distributeur automatique de billets.... Résidence sécurisée et place de parking réservée. Tranquillité et propreté du site. Environnement verdoyant. De plus, les propriétaires sont très symapthiques et disponible. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, drap et linge de toilette fournis (rare dans une location). Nous y retournerons l'année prochaine sans hésitation. Location fiable à 100 .

Vacances d'été agréables !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 3 semaines dans cet appartement très fonctionnel, facile à vivre, bénéficiant d'une double exposition très appréciable entre mer (très belle vue sur le Lagune) et montagne. L'agencement se prête très bien à la vie en famille pour 4 personnes, avec les deux pièces d'eau (salle de bain et salle d'eau) et la grande terrasse (en partie couverte appréciable pour les repas). La résidence propose des préstations de qualité ; accès sécurisé, stationnement privé, une très belle piscine ; ainsi que la proximité avec un petit centre de commerçants. L'ensemble est calme et proche de tout, port, plages (à vélo pour nous 4 matin et après midi). En résumé donc une location de très bonne qualité pour des vacances reposantes, sans oublier et c'est très important la gentillesse des propriétaires

Quel agréable séjour !

appartement très confortable, très bien situé, très calme, trés propre, où rien ne manque,la déco est sympa, spacieux pour 4 personnes. Deux terrasses opposées (une sur chambre, l'autre sur séjour)donnant toute deux sur la lagune et les bateaux de plaisance. Super endroit ombragé pour faire de longues promenades. petit centre commercial à proximité.Possibilité d'aller à pied à la plage et au port. pas trés loin des pyrénées pour pouvoir faire quelques balades en montagnes. Nous qui venons d'Auvergne le dépaysement est complet. Drap, linge de toilette et ménage compris dans le prix, très rare dans une location à ce tarif. sans oublier de signaler la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Nous comptons bien y retouner l'année prochaine.

une semaine enchantée

Appartement très agréable, moderne, traversant avec 2 grandes terrasses, vue sur la lagune des 2 côtés, avec tous les commerces à proximité (sinon nombreuses grandes surfaces aux alentours). Possibilité d'aller à pied à la plage et au port. Piscine collective sur place. Les draps et le linge de toilette sont fournis (rare dans une location) et le ménage est compris dans le prix. A découvrir également à pied le jardin des plantes(magnifique espace).
