Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint Gervais this 3 rooms apartment mezzanine of 37 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It has a Western exposure with view on Aravis range and Mont-Joly, and has a balcony.

Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.

The apartment is composed of :

- A living room with television, sofa and dining area.
- An equipped kitchen with 4 hotplates, mini-oven, fridge, filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle, fondue set.
- An independent toilet.
- Upstairs : one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single bed.
