- a kitchenette equipped with 2 electric plates, refrigerator, mini oven. This space accesses to a small loggia overlooking the gondola and the center of the resort.
- a bathroom with handsbasin and bath
- Separate toilets
Upstairs, accessed by stairs with staggered steps:
- mezzanine under the roof, a sleeping area with bunk beds (for 2 persons) and a single bed (for 1 person), storage. Be careful, sleeping at height is not recommended for children under 6 years
- In a row, under the eaves, a room with a double bed (for 2 people), storage
- a private cellar

The apartment is equipped with blankets, crockery and kitchen utensils.
It does not include linen nor towels.
Cleaning at the end of the stay is made by the tenant
