Le Jardin de Beauregard - Maison familiale

This warm and functional house offers the perfect setting for a stay with family, friends, or for a business trip.

Upon entering the house, you'll discover a bright and welcoming living room that opens onto the back garden. The living room features a three-seater sofa and two comfortable armchairs for relaxing moments.
The dining area includes a round table that seats four people daily and up to six with an extension leaf available in the basement.
The living room's French doors open onto the garden and flood the space with natural light.
A small terrace is also located at the front of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal preparation. You'll find everything you need for comfortable cooking during your stay, as well as convenient access to the living room's dining area (Dolce Gusto coffee machine). Still on the ground floor, you'll find a shower room with a shower and toilet, as well as a small bedroom equipped with a Murphy bed to maximize space during the day. Ample storage and wardrobes are also available.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.
A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet completes this floor. All the shutters are electric for added comfort.
The basement is directly accessible from the house and includes a washing machine, cleaning supplies, and the property's technical equipment.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden with an outdoor table, eight chairs, two sun loungers, a parasol, and a Weber barbecue (please use charcoal only on sunny days). The sun lounger cushions are stored in the shed next to the house. The accommodation has Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

The house is located in a quiet, green setting in Saint-Jean-de-Beauregard, yet close to major roads, the Saclay plateau, and the Courtabœuf business park in Les Ulis. The location is ideal for enjoying a relaxing stay in the countryside while remaining easily accessible from Paris.

The Orsay-Ville RER B station is about a 10-15 minute drive away, and the Massy-Palaiseau station is about 15-20 minutes away. Major roads also provide easy access to Paris and the surrounding area.

The house is well insulated and remains comfortable inside. However, its proximity to the airport results in regular overhead flights, most noticeable when you are outside enjoying the garden.

Note that there are no flights between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Early arrivals or late departures are possible, subject to availability, with a supplement of €10 per hour.
