It's a pretty decent hotel. Not an issue for me, but a bit out of the way if you were hoping to go anywhere on foot. Staff are lovely.

We arrived at 3:15pm. Did not get our room till 4:30pm. Checking in was ok....not the best. Front desk staff were very nonchalant...probably didn’t want to work that day. Room was clean, comfortable & well appointed. Room & washroom amenities were adequate. Location is iffy....depends on what you're in Saint John for. It's quite a walk to uptown Saint John. We would choose to stay somewhere else the next time we're back in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Great Service!

Everyone at the front desk was very nice. Rooms were upscale with nice touches like Nespresso machine. Good breakfast. Underground parking felt pretty safe and out of the weather. Easy access to the front desk.

Beautiful newer hotel with a large, inviting lobby full of comfortable furniture. The room was large, beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Full breakfast included was very good. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean, but our room had a smell of diesel fumes or off gassing of some plastics. Brought to the attention of the staff, but a shoulder shrug was about all they could offer.
