We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 24 m², an open equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies to enjoy the mountain air. Wifi, orange TV, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space:
- A living room of 24 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee pods...
Night space:
- A bedroom with two double beds (140×190), and a single bed bunk on one of the double beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony of about 5 m², facing West, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, as well as a second balco.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, in a very pleasant environment at 300 meters from the ski slopes and the shops. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Nearby :
- Forest of Saint-Leger.
- Equestrian center Les Ecrins.
- National park of Ecrins.
- Lake of Serre-Ponçon located at about 40 km.
- Gap located at approximately 22 km.

Activities :
In winter : winter sports, dog sledding, sledding, ski joëring, snake gliss (train of sleds which winds on the tracks), snow tubbing (race of buoys on snow) or yooner (halfway between sledding and skiing), ice rink etc...
In summer : hiking in the forest, horseback riding, paragliding, visits to the castle and the village bell tower, mountain biking, fitness trail, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure trail, water park, donkey trail, educational farms etc...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park near the accommodation.

As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus : Line Gap- Ancelle- St Leger from Gap station to Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes.
- Nearest train station : Gap train station located at about 25 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport located at about 2h11 by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
