Come and stay in this lovely holiday home with a swimming pool. Located in Saint Léon sur Vézère, just 600 metres from the river and near the Buddhist centres of the Jor coast, it offers a peaceful setting in the heart of the Black Périgord. Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers. You will enjoy a verdant garden, a pool to cool off on beautiful days and a plancha for your summer meals. A perfect place to recharge in the heart of nature.

The house is located on three levels, with quite steep and narrow stairs.



The kitchen is located in the basement with a low ceiling (1.80m). It is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and will allow you to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine are also available.



Climb the stairs to reach the ground floor and discover the dining room for six people, next to the decorative fireplace, as well as the living room area, ideal for gathering in the comfortable sofas in the evening.



The accommodation has three bedrooms. The first, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm). The other two are located upstairs: one also has a double bed (140x190 cm) and the other, in a mezzanine (not closed), has two single beds (90x190cm) that can be brought together to form a large double bed.



The bathroom, with a bathtub, washing machine and hairdryer, as well as an independent toilet, is located in the basement.



The accommodation does not have private parking. However, you will be able to easily park further up the street, 50 metres from the house.
