This charming apartment T2 of 36 m2 for 2 to 4 people on the 3rd floor with elevator of a beautiful stone building is located 150 m from the beach Mole. We can see from the apartment a view of the sea and Dinard, near shops, restaurants, bars ... at the foot of the ramparts. The apartment includes an entrance with a large closet, a large living room with sofa bed, canopy, a kitchen, a bedroom with a large bed of 160cm and large closet, a bathroom with large shower with a seat , a suspended toilet. Free WIFI . Linen provided for two people.

Très beau séjour à St-Malo

L'appartement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Madame Gérard m'a donné des indications très claires pour mon arrivée. L'appartement est au 3e étage et il y a un ascenseur. C'est très bien situé, à 2 pas du centre et l'accès aux remparts est juste à côté. Je n'ai rien de négatif à dire!

Great comfortable place to stay inside the walls of Saint Marlo .Close to everything including good eateries just doors away . Very kind and helpful host . I was Ill and she recommended a near by doctor who was fab too . Parking just out side the walls was easy too .

St Malo - Intra Muros

We traveled to Bretagne from Normandie, where we attended the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings.The apartment at 10 Rue de Toulouse was in an ideal position for our five night stay in St Malo; there is little point in visiting the city unless you stay 'Intra Muros'. It is in a quiet part of the town, but only five minutes walk from the centre. There is a bank and a small supermarket (Carrefour)situated underground with the entrance somewhat hidden down a side street. Parking is a problem, but there are public car parks just outside of the walls, where vehicles can be left overnight. There is a multitude of restaurants, where English is spoken to varying degrees. And, of course, there are numerous cafes to have coffee and 'watch the world go by'.We visited Dinan and Concale Plage on separate days - well worth the journey. In summary, we spent a most enjoyable time in St Malo and would recommend the experience.

Patricia Gerrards lovely flat

This flat was very nice and comfortable especially the large bed. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. I would recommend this holiday home to anyone visiting St Malo.

A Gem in St-Malo

The apartment is in the old town but not in the center. Close to everything, boulangerie , bistro and all the amenities, but quiet when you go to bed. Fully equipped apartment allowed us to make two dinners for friends from the local market. Patricia amd her friend Emmanuelle were great. A guality place to stay!!!

A lovely apartment in a great location.

A charming unit just inside the walls of Intra-Muros

This unit is close to parking and the beach area of the Intra-Muors. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean and like-new. We liked the decor and the size of the unit is great for 1-3 adults or for a family of 4. The wall of windows that open was a nice feature to enjoy the weather. The roll-down shutters were also appreciated to keep down the noise when needed from the after-midnight music festival party-goers and the nearby building construction in the morning. This unit is on a quieter street in the intra-muros and is easy access on cobblestone streets to the livelier areas. We didn't hear any noise from others in our building. Parking in the nearby lot was affordable since the hours charged are calculated based on the 'in-effect' hours and not the total number of hours in the lot if you are parked after-hours. It was free parking from about 9pm-9am.

This apartment offered great value for a couple wanting to explore St Malo and the neighbouring area. It is small but a very pleasant place for a couple to stay. It is well equipped, clean, and right in the heart of where we wanted to be. We would happily come again!

Magnifique petit séjour de 3 jours, 4 nuits à St Malo. Logement très sympa, propre, confortable et agréable. Tout y est comme à la maison petit bémol néanmoins, le stationnement gratuit un peu éloigné mais beaucoup de balades se font à pied...Énormément de plaisirs pris merci.

Tres beau sejour passé a St Malo. Ville magnifique, tres bons restaurants, belles balades a faire aux alentours. Un dépaysement qui nous a fait du bien a ma compagne et moi et en plus dans un appartement tres bien situé, calme, proche de tout et tres bien équipé. La propriétaire a répondu a toutes nos questions rapidement. Je recommande vivement cette ville et cet appartement.
