The Neighborhood

The residence is ideally located between Saint-Malo and Cancale, making it a perfect starting point to discover the wonders of the Emerald Coast. Beautiful beaches are nearby, including one less than 10 minutes on foot (Val Beach). You are also just a short walk from the Havre de Rothéneuf, a charming little cove.

If you enjoy hiking, the GR34 coastal path is only steps away and will lead you on a 10 km (about 2h45) walk to Pointe du Grouin, offering some of the most stunning landscapes in the region (Havre de Rothéneuf, Pointe du Meinga with views over Cap Fréhel, La Touesse, Pointe des Grands Nez, Duguesclin beach and fort…). Expect dramatic cliffs, seabirds, breathtaking views over the bay, fine sandy beaches, and a sea shimmering with shades of blue.

At the foot of the residence, Le Bénétin restaurant, renowned for its “between sky and sea” setting, offers refined cuisine highlighting seafood in a contemporary and elegant architectural space. Its 180° sea view is truly unforgettable. Meals can also be delivered directly to your apartment (order directly with the restaurant).
