TY GLAZIK - Modern family home near the sea

Welcome to TY Glazik, a beautiful contemporary house located in the charming commune of Saint-Pabu. Nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood, this spacious house offers all the necessary comfort to accommodate up to 9 people, in an ideal setting for family or friends' holidays.



At just 450 metres from the beach, you will be able to reach the sea on foot in a few minutes to enjoy swimming, walks on the sand or water activities.



The ground floor night area includes a sumptuous parental suite with a Queen-size bed (160x200), a private shower room and adjoining toilets, offering an intimate and comfortable space.

Two other bedrooms complete this level, including a large bedroom specially designed for children. This one is equipped with two bunk beds (90x190cm): one with two sleeping spaces, the other with three stacked sleeping spaces, for a total of five single beds, as well as numerous toys and games to delight the youngest. The third bedroom has a double bed (160x200), ideal for a couple or two additional people.

These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as an independent WC



Upstairs the decoration is modern and warm, with bright and open living spaces, a spacious double living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need to feel at home. From the house, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea, particularly from the large terrace, perfect for having your meals or simply admiring the sunsets on the horizon.



Outside, a vast garden invites relaxation and play. You will also benefit from a covered car park.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. TY Glazik is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited, not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Animals are also welcome, the garden is particularly fully enclosed.
