Come and enjoy the charming seaside resort of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer in this 1-star rated studio apartment, located 400 meters from the beaches and a stone's throw from shops. Situated on the 2nd floor with elevator access, this studio features an entrance with a single bed (80x190cm), a shower room (shower with curtain and vanity unit), and a separate toilet. This sleeping area can be separated from the living area by a sliding door. The main room opens onto a covered balcony (table and chairs) with an awning (140cm sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchenette (2-burner electric hob, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, fridge-freezer), and a dining area with a flat-screen TV and a cupboard. For your parking, there is a lockable garage in the basement (4.80m long x 2.77m wide). A great location for a wonderful holiday!
Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not provided – these services can be ordered upon request.
Cleaning service is available upon request; otherwise, a separate cleaning deposit will be required.
