Living/lounge room, open-plan kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine and WC. Upstairs, the house comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with 1 WC. A beautiful interior courtyard of 45m² with terrace and a barbecue to enjoy the beautiful Oleron days. No overlooking and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Cycle paths to go either to Saint Pierre or to La Cotinière are also close to the house. Nestled in a small village, it is the ideal place to rest and wander around the whole island of Oleron, it will be up to you to decide. Fibre internet connection. Towels, bed linen and household linen provided. Travel cot and high chair available in the house. Un 2e très beau séjour à la Brijolie

De très belles prestations et finitions comme on en trouve peu sur le secteur de la biroire/Menounière. Très beaux équipements ! Le barbecue ! Une plancha électrique serait tellement plus en adéquation avec le reste des prestations
