On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, a television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, with direct access to the terrace. The ground floor also features 1 bedroom equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, a private bathroom with bath, shower, and double hand-basin, as well as direct access to the garden. A fully equipped open kitchen with a bar area is also located on this level, alongside a separate WC. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with 2 beds and a private shower room. A second separate WC is also found on this floor, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
