The cottage is nestled in a natural area, just 110 meters from the nearest fishing ponds. At La Semondière, discover the chickens, ducks, and donkeys. Enjoy the swing suspended from the trees, or glide down the small zip line (suitable for children).
Designed for 8 people, the ground floor comprises the living areas, kitchen, and lounge, as well as a bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. This level was designed for people with reduced mobility: access to the terrace is via a ramp, with no steps between the living areas. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. In total, there are four 90x190cm beds (including one folding bed) and three 140x190cm beds. The wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth during the shoulder seasons and winter (wood included). A long, elevated terrace with garden furniture and a garage with a ping-pong table. Access to the swimming pool, adjacent to the owners' house and the three guest rooms, is available from April 15th to October 15th. The pool is covered and heated and is located 80 meters from the gîte. Availability depends on site occupancy.

Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy a main pond of 4100m² with a rowboat and three other ponds. The ponds are stocked with carp, pike, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, eels, and catfish. Water is available year-round. The pond is shared with guests of the guest rooms and cabins.

The surrounding countryside is hilly and wooded, with numerous hiking trails.

Discover the leisure center at Sillé-le-Guillaume beach (17km), Sainte-Suzanne (21km), a charming small town.

Also worth visiting are Sainte-Suzanne (21km) and Jublains (19km), a Gallo-Roman site, and designer boutiques.

For group stays, the site can accommodate up to 23 people (including children). Two treehouses are available: the "Nest in the Oak," over 7 meters high, for 2 people (H53G015752), and the "Tree House" (H53H010945), for up to 5 people (maximum 2 adults and 3 young children). There are also 3 guest rooms (H53H010941) that can accommodate up to 8 people.

Business stays: Maximum 4 people - 1 mandatory cleaning per stay of 1 to 14 nights.

Weekend stays: Arrival Friday 4 pm - Departure Sunday 4 pm. Minimum stay of 3 nights: Check-in 4 pm - Check-out 10 am. The cottage is surrounded by trees and offers complete privacy. Other accommodations are available on the 2-hectare property (3 guest rooms and 2 treehouses).

FISHING - Two ponds 110 meters from the cottage: 900m² and 4100m², and two more 260 meters from the cottage: 1700m² and 300m². Depending on the pond, they are stocked with carp, pike, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, eels, and catfish.
Access to the swimming pool, adjacent to the owners' house and guest rooms, is available. The pool is covered and heated from April 15th to October 15th, measuring 6.5m x 3.25m, with a depth of 1.2 to 1.5m (for 2026: April 11th to October 17th, 2026).
PETS allowed; the property is enclosed by a light wire fence.
