## The Villa
In a quiet cul-de-sac, less than 1 km from Belesbat beach, 500 m from the shops and 50 m from the forest, Les Agapanthes is a large, modern, comfortable house offering exceptional facilities for 8 people.

It has 4 bedrooms, including 2 suites (bed 160) with private shower rooms and WC, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90 that can be put together, a separate bathroom and a separate WC.

The bright, open-plan living area overlooks the terrace and garden, and is divided between the lounge, dining room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, with its large, user-friendly work surface. There's everything you need to cook and make the most of the interior and exterior spaces, with family or friends.

A bioclimatic pergola covers the terrace, so you'll be comfortable whatever the weather - garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas hob are all available.
The heated swimming pool (May to October, weather permitting) measures 4.5 m x 5.10 m and is 1.45 m deep, ideal for swimming, cooling off or playing with the children.

## The surrounding area
Just 900 m from Belesbat beach, La Villa Agapanthes enjoys the peace and quiet of a cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest in a residential area close to all the activities you can enjoy in the region: surfing, kite surfing, boating, fishing, coastal walks and hikes, cycling (cycle paths), tennis, etc... The village centre of Saint Vincent sur Jard offers a wide range of shops and a market in summer. Two supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away.

There are many tourist activities in the area around Saint Vincent sur Jard, including the marina at Jard sur mer and the nautical base at nearby Le Bouil. There's a lovely sea-view restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the dune. Bikes for hire in Longeville. Plage de la Mine, giving access to the Pointe du Payré, a remarkable natural site. Boat trip on the Marais Poitevin at Longeville sur Mer, oyster tasting at the producer's at La Guittière, visit to the medieval Château de Talmont, the Château des Aventuriers at Avrillé, the Folie de Finfarine at Poiroux, a day at O'Gliss Park and O'Fun Park, Puy du Fou only 1 hour away, AOC Vendée wine vineyards and fine restaurants (9 Michelin-starred in Vendée), etc...
