Villa La Luz - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

This vacation rental is located in the town of Sainte-Anne in the south of the island of Martinique, in a residential area (mostly seasonal rentals). It is a single storey villa that can accommodate 6 people.

It is composed of :
- a large living room with dining table and lounge area (TV)
- a separate kitchen with oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, espresso machine, hotplates, dishwasher, microwave...
- an air-conditioned twin bedroom
- an independent bathroom with WC and shower
- a double room (bed 180) air-conditioned
- a large master suite with double bed 180 and bathroom (Italian shower, double basin and WC)
3 bedrooms (2 double with king size bed and one twin).

The three rooms are air-conditioned. The villa has two bathrooms

Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a wooden terrace, lined with vegetation. Six deckchairs, four hammocks, garden furniture, an outdoor table for meals, and a barbecue complete the outdoor facilities.
The pool is large and allows for swimming! The dimensions of the pool are: 5m * 10 m The pool is secured by a removable net.

Possibility to park two vehicles on site.

The Pointe Marin is a 4 minute walk away!
The Pointe Marin is a dynamic beach in the paradisiacal setting of the south of the island. It is lined with bars and restaurants. Several activities are possible: paddle rental, pedal boats, diving, jet ski...
The city center of Sainte is only 5 minutes away by car. You will find all the conveniences: bank, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy. The market of Sainte-Anne is located in the village. You can find spices, fruits, local vegetables, liquors...

The beautiful beach of the salines is about 10 minutes away by car.
When leaving the airport, contact the person in charge of your check-in to tell her you are on your way to the villa.
At the exit of the airport, take the direction of SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight ahead.

After about 25 kilometers, you will arrive in Sainte-Luce.

Continue straight on towards Le Marin. Go through Le Marin following the signs to Centre Ville, then at the exit of Le Marin, take direction Sainte-Anne.

At the first roundabout, continue straight on towards Sainte-Anne.
Continue in the direction of Sainte-Anne, 2 kilometers further you will arrive at a new roundabout, take the direction of Sainte-Anne on the right.

In the straight line, you will pass a gas station, 150 meters further, take the first entrance on the right.
