On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a large table for 6 to 8 people, a comfortable living room with TV area, relaxation corner, and workspace, plus a dining room with a large table for 8. These rooms open onto a tree-lined garden, featuring a large outdoor table for 10, garden furniture, and loungers for relaxing in the calm.



Also on the ground floor: a spacious master suite with a queen-size bed, walk-in shower, double sink, desk area, dressing room, and separate toilet. The bedroom opens onto another part of the garden, with a small table and two chairs.
