Mediterranean View!

We stayed in Ste Maxime for 7 days in April 2025. We received a warm welcome, in French, from Isabelle. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The best part was the balcony with the gorgeous view of the sea. We were able to walk into town in about 10 minutes to catch a boat tour, get ice cream, go shopping or to a restaurant. The area was peaceful and quiet. It was great!

Excellent Apartment in Five Star Location

It is an ideal location close to the town centre, with lots of walking opportunities in the surrounding regions. It also serves as a base for excellent road and rail links along the Riviera. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable with superb views over the golfe of St Tropez.

Nice Stay

This property was a wonderful place to stay with a great view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. To get to the Sainte Maxime port and restaurants would be about a 20-minute walk. The property is isolated from the city center up on a hill that overlooks the Gulf. It is quiet with beautiful landscaping and surroundings. A walk down to the water takes less than 10 minutes. The accommodations were great and the beds comfortable for rest. Everything for a nice stay was provided. A permanent resident of the apartment complex, Ray, was very helpful and fun to get to know, even offering to feed my family when we got to the apartment very late in the evening. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Fantastic view and close to the centre of Sainte Maxime

The view is superb and the balcony is large. On most evenings we would eat on the balcony while enjoying the lovely view. I should point out that you can’t really see Saint Tropez as this is blocked by another building, but it did not spoil our enjoyment of the view. The villa is very close to Sainte Maxime and it’s in a quiet residential area, we could walk to the market in the centre of Sainte Maxime in less than 10 minutes. The apartment has covered parking and I was even able to charge my electric car using a standard domestic socket (for me this was a great help!). The only minor negative point is that low slung cars can scape their underside when driving though the gate. Yannick and Isabelle were extremely helpful and easy to deal with and there are great neighbours in the apartment below. Highly recommended. We will return.

Excellent Apartment

This apartment is well positioned for all of the amenities of Saint-Maxime (walking distance) while also being quite quiet and enjoying a good sea view from the balcony. All of the fittings and equipment are of good quality and all work. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful location

Our 2-weeks stay was perfect. The appartment is spacy, well maintained and has a beautiful view over the Golf. Central ville can be reached by walking (10 min) as well as the port to travel by boat e.g. to St. Tropez. The appartment sits in a very calm neighbarhood, has calm and pleasant neighbours and the communication with Yannick was perfect. Therefore this place is strongly recommendable.

Wir waren schon zweimal in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung.
