Superb View Indeed!

Our adult family group thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms comfortable, and ample space for everyone. The morning and evening views were absolutely stunning sipping espresso or a glass of rose’ by the pool. There were only a couple of minor issues and the host was always responsive.

Paradise

This property is a dream. It is spacious and tastefully appointed with a view that leaves you endlessly mesmerized. Our stay in the Cote d’Azur was enhanced by this house and all the amenities. It has left an indelible impression. The host and property manager were lovely to communicate with and we are thankful to have stayed here. Wishing anyone booking to not think twice. We loved every minute of our time at the property.

Great stay at a lovely villa

This was a very pretty location, and the villa was spacious and very well equipped. The owner was very responsive. The only minor comment we have would be to declutter slightly the accommodation, but it is much better to be overprovided for. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean, kitchen well equipped. Thank you!

Beautiful location

The house had a magnificent view over the St Tropez bay. The house itself had a nice design and a good setup with a well equiped kitchen, nice living area and three nice bedrooms, and an additional bedroom in the basement, a bit off. The outdoor area was nice with a decent sized pool, nice terrace and also places in the shade. The location high up on the hill made it a bit cumbersome to walk back from the village center. It is almost a must to have a car. During our stay there were a lot o construction work going on at the neighbours, causing quite a lot of noice daytime. That was hopefully just temporary.

Wir (Familie, 5 Personen) haben eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es war fĂŒr uns das erste Mal, dass wir ein Haus gemietet haben und wir waren sehr gespannt, was uns erwartet. Es war genauso, wie wir es uns gewĂŒnscht haben: grosse Terrasse, kleiner Pool, aber perfekt zum Erfrischen, schön und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtetes Haus und eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und St. Tropez mit genĂŒgend Liegen und einer Lounge zum Verweilen. Es war einfach alles perfekt ! Vielen Dank, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wunderbares Haus mit einem Traumblick!!

Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen und haben eine ausfĂŒhrliche Einweisung zum Haus erhalten. Es ist ein besonders schönes Haus, das sich auch sehr gut fĂŒr mehrere Paare eignet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach phĂ€nomenal! Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und möchten im kommenden Jahr wiederkommen...

Villa de haut standing, avec piscine et splendide vue sur le Golfe de Saint-Tropez. SituĂ© au calme, intĂ©rieur trĂšs accueillant et confortable. Équipement au top, rien n‘y manquait. What a killer view

This was hands down the best equipped house we ever rented. The house is situated on the hill side of Sainte maxime and high enough to have a killer view on, Sainte Maxime, the whole bay and Saint Tropez. Day and night this view never bores. All you ever need from a holiday home. The house, the pool, the terras all perfectly sized for our group of 8. Like all houses some small maintenance points that will be fixed for sure. The owners clearly have love for this house as well!!

Very pleasant house

We stayed for a coupe of weeks in this nice villa. It has a very nice view of Ste-Maxime & St-Tropez areas. You must have a car as it is a good 15-20' walk from the centre of Ste-Maxime and the way up is challenging! The house is not modern but has plenty of rooms for 8 people, although the bedroom downstairs has access via steps steps, it's very independant from the other rooms. The outside area near the pool is very pleasant with stunning views.

Excellent property in great location for summer holiday in Cote D'Azur

The pictures do not do this property justice. It's much better than even presented here on VRBO. The location, views, privacy, security, and terrace are just perfect. We spent more "villa" days than planned basking in the sun, cooking on La Plancha, and enjoying each other with the beautiful view of the Golfe de St. Tropez while perched above Sainte Maxime a very short drive down the hill to town, the beaches, and port with access to St. Tropez on a short boat ride. From the villa we did a day trip easily to Monte Carlo, Eze, Saint Paul de Vence, and Nice. Everything was very well maintained and equipped. Complete kitchen with everything you would need to never leave. 4 bathrooms, all with shower and all but 1 with toilet. Then, a separate independent toilet. So easily suitable for 2 families or 8 people. 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathroom and all but 1, I think, with air conditioning making for a comfortable sleep. Nice lenins, pillows, etc. throughout. Great space for relaxing or sharing a meal with on the terrace or inside if you prefer. We only regretted not booking a longer stay. The property manager in St. Maxime was attentive and very pleasant. The owner was also regularly in touch to help with any questions or needs. One of the best holiday experiences we have had in our frequent travels across Europe over the past 5+ years as expats always on the move from place to place any chance we get. Highly recommend and we will return!

Traumblick ĂŒber die Bucht von Sainte-Tropez

Wir haben zu viert Ende Juli- Anfang August zwei Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Da wir nur drei (2 im EG, 1 im OG) der vorhandenen vier Doppelzimmer stĂ€ndig bewohnt haben, hatten wir das große GĂ€stezimmer (UG, aber Tageslicht, da am Hang gelegen) mit super Bad zur VerfĂŒgung um wechselden Besuch zu beherbergen. Auch mit acht Personen gingen einem nie Geschirr, Besteck oder Sitzgelegenheiten aus. Alle waren schockverliebt in die wirklich phenomenale Aussicht ! Die Terrasse ist auch in natura riesig und bietet jede Menge natĂŒrlichen Schatten, durch die wunderschönen großen Schirm-Pinien. Der Pool ist zwar eher ein Plansch- als ein Schwimm-bad, aber da er nachmittags im Schatten der BĂ€ume liegt, war er selbst im Hochsommer erfrischend und nicht zu warm. Das Haus hat auch technisch (AC, W-LAN, Sat-TV, Sonos, mehrere KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke & Top-KĂŒchengerĂ€te) alles was man sich wĂŒnscht und ist von der Ausstattung bestimmt eines der besten Objekte, welches wir bisher gemietet haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder nach Sainte-Maxime !

schöne alte villa mit herrlichem Ausblick

wir verbrachten sehr schöne tage in diesem haus. die aussicht von der terrasse ist hervorragend. insbesondere wenn es eindunkelt. lage ist ruhig. familien mit Kleinkinder sollten jedoch immer ein auge auf ihre kleinen werfen (pool & „mauer“).

A very special place

Oh my goodness. Why did we leave this place?! We went as a couple with our two very young children (2yrs ish) and their grandparents and had such a perfect time. The villa is stunningly fitted out. Well equipped with high quality facilities. Warm pool. Unbelievable views from almost every room. Walking distance into town (if you are fit enough to manage hills). We had a few hiccups and the housekeeper Sylvie was on hand at all times to help. Renate the host is just wonderful to deal with. We cannot wait to get back there. Ste Maxime is also a perfect place to stay.

Amazing view, superb villa, perfect for rest and relaxation.

We were an extended family of seven with ages ranging form 14-80. We all loved our time in Ste Maxime with more than enough activities to entertain all of our party. So much so that we will definitely be returning. The villa certainly lived up to expectations and we spent many afternoons chilling, despite temperatures in the 30's, on the terrace beside the pool. The kitchen was well fitted out and we loved the plancha. We have very fond memories of our stay.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Anwesen, mit herrlicher Aussicht auf St. Tropez und Port Grimaud ĂŒber den Golf von St. Tropez. Das Ambiente und die Ausstattung lassen eigentlich nur fĂŒr Ă€ußerst Verwöhnte noch Spielraum nach oben. FĂŒr Golfspieler zusĂ€tzlich strategisch gut gelegen, da einige PlĂ€tze mit kurzen Fahrzeiten errreichbar sind. Die "vor Ort Hausbetreung" ist zeitnah prĂ€sent, wenn ĂŒberhaupt nötig. UnabhĂ€ngig davon ist die Vermieterin bei Anfragen ein Musterexemplar fĂŒr spontane und Ă€ußerst zeitnahe RĂŒckmeldungen, was in der heutigen Zeit leider mittlerweile selten geworden ist, daher aber um so angenehmer auffĂ€llt. FĂŒr einige elektrische Funktionen im und ums Haus herum sind Fernbedienungen fĂŒr die Beleuchtung vorhanden, die perfekt funktionieren. Eine gewisse Technik AffinitĂ€t ist nicht Voraussetzung, allerdings von Vorteil. Wir werden gerne demnĂ€chst wiederkommen.
