Welcome to the villa Les Basteliers!



Superbly located near a sandy beach, this 200 m² single-storey villa can accommodate 8 people. Its panoramic view of the sea, its large swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 2.3m), renovated in 2023, and its 1,500m² garden will enchant you.



She offers :

- A large living/dining room with fireplace and mezzanine, television.

- A large independent kitchen, well equipped: stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cookware....

- A laundry room with washing machine, additional fridge, freezer and sink.

- An air-conditioned double bedroom (a 160 cm bed) with dressing room and bathroom (bath, shower, double sink and WC) overlooking the swimming pool

- An air-conditioned double bedroom (a 140 cm bed) and dressing room overlooking the swimming pool

- Two bedrooms each with two single beds, one of which has its own small toilet area, not air-conditioned but with fans available

- A shower room and separate WC

Sainte-Maxime is a unique resort with many activities and nightlife outings in season. In Sainte-Maxime you will find numerous shops, restaurants, a marina, a large Provençal market every morning and in season an artisan market in the evening in the pedestrian streets.
