Inside, you’ll find four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and appliances, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. Additionally, the house offers hot/cold air conditioning, a laundry area, and a game room with a pool table and foosball.



To complete the experience, the house includes a projector and large screen, ideal for movie nights in a warm and intimate atmosphere.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a privileged area, just 5 minutes from Guadalupe Plaza and 25 minutes from Ica’s Main Square (Plaza de Armas), it combines privacy with easy access to the city’s main attractions.



The house is situated within a small gated condominium consisting of four fully independent homes, separated by living fences, ensuring a safe, peaceful, and private environment.

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Noise & Parties:

Parties or events are not allowed on the property. Only small gatherings with moderate-volume music are permitted, always respecting neighbors and guests in nearby homes.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, noise levels must be kept low.
