The Space:

This stunning 3 bedroom apartment is set within a modern development within easy reach of central Manchester. The stunning interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The open plan living area features floor to ceiling windows, bathing the room in natural light. The space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The 3 spacious bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern family bathrooms, both with showers (and 1 with a bath), toilets and sinks, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Kindly note that the front door has some minor cosmetic marks on the outside, but it is fully functional and secure.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to all parts of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 25 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe's, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or bus ride away. There is a large Sainsburys supermarket just 2 minutes from the apartment.



Getting Around:

Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 25 minutes on foot, or a short drive or bus journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.



Other Things to Note:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 6 people.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
