DO NOT TRUST THE RATINGS ON HERE! So gross. Made the mistake of not checking GOOGLE reviews before booking through Expedia. Hopefully you didn’t make that mistake either. Checked in and got my room, I walk in and get slapped in the face with a sour musty old smell and the room NOT CLEANED there was crap everywhere. I get a new room and same weird smell and just gross looking box springs that had no covers and weird red stains on them like liquid had been dripping. After being given the dirty room the first time I just couldn’t get past it and didn’t trust that the new room was truly cleaned or just “tidied up”. Don’t recommend using especially with pets as there was gross red stains on the carpets on the hallway with what looked almost like food mushed in and basically just forgotten about and this was on the MAIN FLOOR! Nope nope nope

The so called continental breakfast was a joke,2 kinda of cold cereal some dry old bread to make toast,and let’s not forget the rotten apples!! If this is breakfast it’s best not to serve anything..

Booked 2 rooms. Our room was smelly but cleared after the window was open for an hour. Bathroom door would not close due to previous damage. The other couple with us were checked into a room that has someone in it (who wasn’t there when they walked in ) The second room they were given had not been cleaned. Room 3 was finally acceptable. The guy working the desk said it was his first day and he was apologetic but that didn’t help him deal with us any better.

The front desk gentleman was beyond unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, and never at the front desk. I had to take my dog outside in the morning, and forgot the key card in the room. I had to wait for 1hour and 30 minutes! repetedly calling him with my calls being transferred to Voicemail. When he finally came, he was rude. The same absence of the staff happened during the check-in. People have been waiting in the lobby, calling the staff. The corridors are I vacuumed, the floor in the room was covered with large dirty spots.

There was no one at the desk when we tried to check in. Bed was not on a frame,boxspring was sitting on the floor. Bed skirt did not cover the boxspring. Door nob in the bathroom was broken. Ice machine in the lobby but no ice buckets anywhere. Staff was very unfriendly. Room was dirty. Bed had 2 very small lumpy pillows. TV did not work.

Beds and bedding were comfortable and we slept well. Beyond that not much positive to say. The toilet seat was very loose and wobbling. We only had a third of a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls. The carpet was very stained. TV didn’t work…at all! This was just an overnight stay while traveling but still not recommended.

This was an okay property. Nothing special. The room was very basic. Minimal towels. Not full shampoo bottles. No conditioner or lotion. I had to ask for a hair blow drier as there was nothing in the room. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. My security deposit took nearly a week to be refunded.
